Therapy sessions at Red Rock Psychology are tailored to individual needs, with an average session lasting 50 minutes. We will start with gathering your story and developing therapeutic goals, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.

How long will it take?

The length of therapy cannot be precisely determined because it depends on a variety of personal factors, including the nature and severity of the issues being addressed, your goals, readiness for change, and the therapeutic approach used.

 

Some people may find relief and clarity in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support over months or even years. Progress in therapy is rarely linear, and each person’s journey is unique, making it difficult to set a fixed timeline for healing and growth.
